L key to make it faster
With the timeline area selected, pressing the “L“ key on your keyboard will . the ``L'' key again
If you press the L key further, you can press the L key, it gets 4x or 8x faster.

So, by looking at the sound waveform in Premiere and looking at the audio width of the sound waveform, you can work is going to go up a little bit.
