The secret to failing in business

1. Believing that the old way is the best
2. Thinking that mochi is just a rice cake shop
3. Don’t read a book if you don’t have time to do so.
4. Thinking that you can get by
5. No poverty to keep up with earning and breaking bones unnecessarily.
6. To be reassured that good products can be sold in a hurry.
7. To use people cheaply by saying you can’t pay them a high salary.
8. Thinking that it is more profitable to postpone payment, and devising ways to avoid paying.
9. Thinking that a machine is too expensive to be used by someone else
10. Think that customers are too selfish.
11. A businessman should not think of humanity as a matter of course.
12. If you can’t do that, don’t improve.
